• Reading of traffic at any workplace, as total and from last reset, summation of the current traffic and traffic total for all wash bays
• Self-diagnostic system, in case of failure, locations shown on scheme along with explanation ( approximately 90% of failures) Osmosis, water softener, central powder agitator, anti-freeze system, lighting and all operations of the machine management and supervision through touch screen Schneider computer
• Automatic anti-freeze system with settings and controls, Schneider touch screen interface with electromagnetic valves. Adriateh uses valves which are "normally opened" which means that when under voltage they are "closed" and they are managed by the PLC machine. In case of electric power failure, the valves are opened and this way an anti-freeze system is working and protecting the entire machine.
